Around the office, we have a saying: “Life is short. Do something that matters.” It’s in that spirit that we were honored to volunteer our time this Tuesday at Chicago’s Cornerstone Community Outreach.
For nearly 30 years, Cornerstone Community Outreach has been helping Uptown Chicago residents by providing food, shelter and clothing to those in need. Through the hard work and dedication of its volunteers, CCO has expanded to serve nearly 500 men, women and children daily. Their volunteers are committed to improving the quality of life for low-income members of their community, and working alongside them for the day was nothing short of inspiring.
